So very excited our Red AKC small miniature poodle puppies have arrived! We currently have FEMALES available!! Everyone on my waiting list for these sweet girls contact me now! 🐩🤩
We are a small family-owned breeder of AKC Registered Miniature Poodle puppies, AKC Registered Cavalier King Charles Spaniels puppies, Aussiedoodles and darling Cavapoo puppies. Our puppies are raised by myself, my husband, and our older children at our home.
We have been blessed with a beautiful cattle farm just outside of Lebanon, Missouri. I am also a registered nurse, and continue to work in the nursing profession. My previous labor and delivery experience has been very beneficial with raising and delivering these precious puppies. I'm so thankful for each and every family I come to know, as it's absolutely a mission field. I'm so very blessed that God has given me this incredible calling, and thankful for each and every family I have the opportunity to minister to. Being an RN is difficult emotionally, which is why there's nothing like coming home from work to cuddle with my puppies especially after a difficult day!
My daughter, Danielle, and my daughter-in-law, Elizabeth, have been assisting us with speaking with some of the families that are on our waiting lists and families who are receiving some of our puppies. You may be contacted by Danielle or Elizabeth about your sweet puppy at times. They are both college students, and are so wonderful helping me give puppy baths, blow drying, taking pictures, delivering puppies, and most of all loving and caring for all the sweet puppies! I'm so very thankful for all of their help, and all of the assistance from my husband, Kyle, as well! Kyle is usually the easiest to reach on the phone for families that are interested in getting on my waiting list or if they are very interested in reserving an available puppy. I am unable to talk on the phone while at work, or if I'm providing care for my puppies. Kyle is a cattle farmer and has been a huge help to me to continue to pursue both of my dreams.
They are raised by our entire family, with the utmost care and attention! We treat all of our dogs and puppies with nurturing and loving care, which we believe ensures excellent temperments. We use the Puppy Culture program to socialize each one of our puppies. Each puppy is well socialized and will arrive to you pre-spoiled, and ready to give you love! At any given moment all of us will have a puppy in our laps! Lol
Due to safety and security of our puppies and our children, we no longer allow visitors to our home and nursery. As visitors can unintentionally bring germs to our young puppies, causing them to become sick or even worse. We are not a petting zoo, we raise newborn puppies, and the need to protect them at their most vulnerable time is my first priority. I'm able to send videos and pictures as needed, if you need help deciding on your new puppy.
Please contact me with serious inquiries only, and only if you have permission from your spouse or significant other. The best way to reach me is via email at jennifer@leerosepuppies.com. I cannot talk on my phone at work, but can occasionally send a short text message. You may contact Danielle, her cell is 417-531-2019 or Elizabeth, her cell is 417-531-1170. My husband, Kyle, can be reached at 417-531-2335. He can usually be reached during the day, but he does not keep up with my current waiting list or delivery dates.
These little bundles of joy are certain to capture your heart with their playful spirit and loving temperments! One look into those big beautiful eyes and there's no turning back!
Your sweet little one will arrive well socialized, freshly bathed, vet checked, with a 1 year genetic health guarantee, health certification, microchipped, started on the potty training process, and up to date on immunizations , and deworming medications.
The best way to find out about our current and upcoming puppies would be to email me. I do try to keep my available puppies listed on my website, and remove those that are spoken for with a depoit removed within a day. I may be speaking with multiple families at the same time, whomever places the deposit first will reserve that puppy. So if there's a puppy that you absolutely have fallen in love with, I'd suggest placing your deposit ASAP, as there are other families currently inquiring as well.
You're also welcome to follow my Leerose Puppies Instagram page, and my (hidden) Leerose Babies Facebook group. On that site I post any current and upcoming litters of our AKC Cavalier King Charles puppies, AKC Toy and Miniature Poodle puppies, and our precious Cavapoo puppies! On my Facebook group you'll need to send me a friend request and let me know you'd like to be added to the hidden Leerose Babies group.
We microchip all puppies that we sell using AKC Reunite Microchips. You will need to register the microchip for your puppy using www.akcreunite.org . This is very important, as your puppy is unable to tell others where he/she belongs, but by registering your microchip to your phone number and address it is an added piece of mind in the event that they were to get lost!
Your puppy will arrive up to date on shots and dewormings, microchipped with AKC reunite microchip, vet checked, health certification, shot record, dew claws removed, health guarantee, toy and blanket that smell like mom, puppy training book, started on potty training, and ready to fill your heart with love!
A travel crate will be included if you are using climate-controlled cargo air shipping. Climate controlled air cargo shipping will deliver on Tuesday's and Fridays to major airports in the US, for $550. If predicted weather is going to be below 20 degrees or above 80 degrees during loading, transferring planes, or unloading, the airlines will cancel the delivery of animals on that flight, and will be rescheduled to the next available date.
We also use a pampered ground shipping company that will drive your sweet puppy to your home in the US for $550. This ground shipping company will give you a GPS tracking number so you can track your puppies journey.
Puppies range in price according to if the puppy is a male or female, and if you are wanting full or limited AKC registration if applicable. (Cavapoo and aussiepoo puppies do not come with AKC registration, as they are a designer breed.) Full AKC registration may be available for our poodles, as well as our cavalier king charles spaniel puppies in approved homes. Full AKC registration provides you with AKC breeding rights, this does not guarantee that each puppy will be able to breed once they become an adult.
To reserve your puppy a non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to reserve your puppy until he/she is ready to leave. I take deposits once the puppy is born, and you have seen a picture of the sweet puppy.
To reserve your precious puppy, the $400 non-refundable deposit can be sent either via PayPal using the friends and family option to jennifer@leerosepuppies.com, or by Venmo using the trusted friends and family option to avoid fees to Jennifer Blue Perkins. If Venmo asks for the last four digits of my cellphone number it's 1231. I also have a Zelle account under my cellphone number 417-531-1231 if you prefer. If I'm changed a fee thru PayPal or Venmo I'll let you know, and you can send it in a separate transfer. Wishing you the best of luck finding your precious puppy to love!
If I do not have any available puppies, I do keep a waiting list for future litters. A $100 Non-refundable fee is required to be listed on my waiting list, and that reservation fee will be applied to your deposit amount. Please state that you would like to be placed on our waiting list. This $100 fee to be placed on my waiting list is non-refundable, so if you decide you are not interested in a puppy, the $100 will not be returned to you. You'll find it is often difficult to obtain a female puppy, unless you are on our waiting list.
Families on our waiting list will have 24 hours to decide on their puppy once they have received pictures of the available puppies. You will need to pay the remaining balance due for your deposit to reserve that puppy. If you are unable to decide, or do not have the funds at that time for your deposit, I will unfortunately have to move down my list. You will need to let me know once you are ready to proceed with reserving your chosen puppy.
I take pictures of the puppies every 1-2 weeks. I will not be taking pictures or videos any sooner than that! So please do not request pictures and videos every couple of days. As mentioned before, I stay extremely busy working as an RN, taking care of my family, and loving on and constantly cleaning up after all my furbabies! I also am unable to communicate with everyone everyday, as the care I provide for my puppies and dogs will always come first.
These puppies are our babies, so they will only be placed in loving and caring homes. I reserve the right to determine which families I allow my puppies to go to. If for any reason I feel as though this puppy would not be a good fit for your family, I will inform you that the puppy will not be able to come to your home, and your deposit refunded.
I'm so thankful for all of the wonderful families that have one of our puppies! We have so many repeat customers, and many of our puppies are sold by word of mouth, as they meet one of my puppies and hear the raving reviews from the new owners. I absolutely love seeing pictures of our sweet puppies, and all of their wonderful adventures! We are certain that you'll fall in love with these darling puppies!
Thank you for considering us as your breeder. Please contact us with any questions that you may have along the way. The best way to reach me is via email at jennifer@leerosepuppies.com, Facebook messenger (Jennifer Blue Perkins), or text messages. I continue to work during the day as a nurse, so the majority of my communications are completed in the evening. Thank you very much for your interest, and I look forward to helping you meet your precious puppy!
Our AKC Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies are priced as follows. Males are $2500 for limited AKC registration, or $3000 for full AKC registration. Our AKC cavalier females are $3000 for limited AKC registration, or $3500 for full AKC registration. Full AKC registration is available to approved individuals. Full AKC registration is only providing you with AKC breeding rights, this does not guarantee that each dog will be able to breed as it gets older.
Our Cavapoo Male puppies are $1500. Our Cavapoo Female puppies are $1800. If you are wanting a cavapoo, I'd strongly suggest you getting on my waiting list, and I have provided you with instructions below on how to be placed on my waiting list. The majority of my cavapoo puppies will be spoken for and then sold to families on my waiting list once they are born.
Our AKC Miniature Poodle puppies are priced as follows. Male poodle babies are $2200 for limited AKC registration, or $2600 for full AKC registration. Female Poodle babies are $2500 for limited AKC registration, or $3000 for full AKC registration. My Red AKC Miniature Poodle puppies are usually spoken for by families on my waiting list also, so I'd highly recommend you getting on my waiting list for these puppies. Full AKC registration is available to approved individuals. Full AKC registration is only providing you with AKC breeding rights, this does not guarantee that each dog will be able to breed as it gets older.
Occasionally I will have moyen poodle puppies as well. I only have one standard poodle female named Shyla, she is my daughter's dog. So if you're interested in getting a moyen, I'd suggest that you get on my waiting list for these puppies.
This was the day this sweet AKC Red Miniature Poodle Female was leaving to go to her forever family!
This sweetie pie, was leaving to meet his forever family! We took a selfie before they arrived to pick him up.

This link is to pay either the $100 Non-refundable waiting list reservation fee, or to place your $400 Non-refundable deposit. Pay to jennifer@leerosepuppies.com using the Friends and Family option to avoid fees from PayPal. Please only send your $100 reservation fee for serious inquiries only. This fee is non-refundable, even if you find a puppy sooner or decide not to purchase a puppy, this will not be refunded. You can stay on my waiting list if you'd like, and notify me when the timing is right, and you're interested in getting a sweet puppy. PayPal and Venmo will charge me a fee if your deposit or payments are not sent thru the trusted friends and family option. Once I receive payments I'll take a screenshot of the payment received, and if they charge me a fee you will be responsible to pay that amount to me in a separate transaction.
I will need your name, phone number, breed of puppy you're interested in, and your address for my paperwork. This can be wrote in the detail section, and sent to my email address, jennifer@leerosepuppies.com.
A deposit is required to reserve your puppy. Then the remaining balance is due in cash when meeting us to pick up your puppy. If your puppy is being shipped his or her remaining balance is due prior to making the shipping arrangements.
I often have families ask for suggestions of products they should purchase before their new puppy arrives. Here are a few of my most common suggestions.
Doc Roy's GI Synbiotics - Probiotic & Prebiotic to help the digestive system and immune system of your puppy. I recommend 1-2 mL to be given every other day for the first week the puppy is in it's new home due to stress, and as needed for GI upset. Here is a link to find it from one of my favorite places to purchase my items for dogs and puppies from Revival Animal Health. Plus they have very fast shipping also. https://www.revivalanimal.com/product/doc-roys-gi-synbiotics?sku=60365-1142
Doc Roy's Forti Cal -High Calorie Nutritional Gel, a concentrated source of rapidly absorbed energy, vitamins, and minerals. Excellent for puppies under stress, illness, or puppies that have went off food. I recommend this product highly, for anyone that will be receiving a puppy, as low blood sugar can be absolutely devastating if your puppy becomes stressed and decides to go off food. Hypoglycemia can be prevented by having a product like this on hand, and monitoring your puppy to make sure it is eating a little bit of food and water every couple of hours. I also suggest that your puppy has access to food and water even in it's crate. Here is the link for it. https://www.revivalanimal.com/product/doc-roys-forti-cal?sku=60319-565
Crate, canned dog food as a backup if your puppy will not eat kibble within a certain timeframe, bedding for crate, toys, bowl for food and water, harness (as this causes less damage on their trachea than a collar does), leash, Nutrisource small and medium puppy food, puppy pads if you are planning on using them, and treats. You may possibly want to invest in a puppy playpen, or even gates for your young puppy, as these can make having a new puppy so much easier. For instance, if you need to walk into another room in your house having a safe place to keep your puppy helps out so very much.
People often ask me what my favorite way to potty train is, and my answer to that is using the Crate training method. Their are plenty of online resources, literature, and even books regarding crate training. Some prefer to only use potty pads while they are young, and this also works well especially for small breeds such as toy poodles.
Before your puppy arrives I do strongly suggest you read up on bringing home a new puppy, and the joys and the challenges of bringing home a new puppy to your family. Think of it like bringing home a newborn baby. This will be the most exciting time, as nothing is cuter than a sweet little puppy. As the puppy comes into your home he/she has so much to learn very quickly. There are joys and challenges that come with training a puppy. You'll also want to learn some behaviors that your puppy may exhibit, both good and the bad, that way you can nip those naughty puppy behaviors in the bud rather quickly.
I don't suggest giving a young puppy human food, as they aren't mature enough to process and digest many human foods. Your puppy has only received milk from their momma, puppy food, and water. Also be aware of foods and items that are poisonous or harmful to a dog. Grapes and raisins can be toxic to a puppy, and many people are unaware of this.
Your puppy will also need to be seen by your vet within one week from picking up your new puppy. Each vet is a little different as far as their recommended vaccination schedule, deworming suggestions, and other medications such as for flea/heart worm prevention. Your puppy will arrive with a vaccination record, and you will want to take this with you to your first vet appt. Your puppy will arrive up to date on shots and dewormings per my vet's protocol, but these will need to continue as instructed by your vet every couple of weeks. If you have questions regarding their upcoming vaccinations you're welcome to ask me.
I also caution families to keep their puppies away from areas with lots of other animals, such as dog parks and pet shopping stores until after your puppy has completed their full vaccination series, generally around 4-5 months old. Think of your puppy like a newborn, and you wouldn't want to introduce them to germs and possibly devastating diseases before their immune system was prepared for it. So by keeping them secluded to your home for the first couple months, you are doing the best thing for them. Friends and family will understand your reasoning for keeping your puppy away from everyone else's dogs until they have completed their vaccination series, and posting pictures on your facebook page of your adorable puppy will be the safest way to show off your new puppy to the world.
We will always prefer to provide you with your new puppy in person. It is an easier transition for your puppy, and it is significantly less stressful for your puppy. Arrangements may be made for us to meet you at a location with your new puppy if within a reasonable distance in Missouri. Delivery service if needed, no cost for the first 50 miles, the remaining mileage is $1 per mile roundtrip. We meet most families in Lebanon with their sweet puppy at the Phillips 66 Gas Station. It is also next to Denny's and Hardee's in Lebanon. I will often meet families in Rolla, Mountain Grove, Bolivar or Springfield for $1 per mile roundtrip after the first 50 miles. According to which direction you will be coming from of course.
If you prefer to fly to pick up your puppy yourself, the closest airports are Springfield, MO and St Louis MO. We can meet you at the Springfield, MO airport for no charge. If you're needing us to meet you at the St Louis airport or near St Louis, I require a $250 delivery fee. As St Louis is a 6 hour round trip drive for me. If you are planning on flying into SGF or STL airport yourself to pick up your puppy, you must contact me first to make sure I'm able to meet that day, and then you'll need to call the airline yourself to make a reservation for your puppy to fly with you in the cabin. You'll need to purchase a soft sided pet carrier for your puppy that's within the dimensions your airline allows. I meet families outside at departures with their sweet puppy. As a reminder, you must check with me prior to scheduling your flight to verify I'm able to meet that day!
One shipping option we offer is a pampered ground shipping option. They currently charge $550 to ship your puppy anywhere in the US. They generally drive an SUV, deliver the puppy to your home, and provide a GPS tracking number, so that you can monitor where your puppy is during their journey to your home. They make frequent stops along the way, switching drivers, and provide care for your puppy along their destination. For this reason, they cannot give you a specific date or time that they will arrive at your home, so it is your responsibility to monitor your GPS tracking of your puppy. Final payment for your puppy along with their shipping is required PRIOR to making their ground shipping arrangements.
Shipping may be available if requested in certain areas in US via air flight. We generally use Ozark Jet a Pet courier service. This service is approximately $550. The puppy will fly in climate controlled cargo, and we are able to ship on Tuesday's and Friday's. They offer shipping to most major airports in the Continental US. We are unable to provide international shipping currently. The remaining balance of your puppy is due PRIOR to making online airline reservations. No exceptions! For puppies being flown in climate controlled cargo, we typically have the puppy's flight information three or four days prior to shipping. We will then e-mail you that information. Our puppies always arrive happy, healthy, and still smelling sweet from their baths. Ozark Jet a Pet takes wonderful care of our puppies. Not only do they love our puppies, but their staff members all have experience caring for puppies, as well. So we are confident that they are in good hands.
The airlines have strict rules regarding temperatures in which a puppy may be shipped on if you are using climate controlled cargo to ship your puppy. If for some reason the temperatures are predicted to be above 85 or below 20 degrees at the place of origin, connecting flight, or the final destination, then I'll be notified that the reservation has been rescheduled. Sometimes it's as simple as waiting another week for your puppy to arrive, or deciding to fly in yourself to SGF or STL airport to meet me to pick up your puppy. As the temperature guidelines are not in place due to the puppy remaining with the flight nanny in the cabin of the plane the entire time. In certain areas such as Las Vegas, Phoenix and other areas that will continue to remain above these temperature guidelines for summer months, shipping will need to be completed using either a flight nanny or by you flying into SGF or STL yourself to meet me to pick up your puppy. Ultimately it is about ensuring that your puppy arrives home safely.
If a flight nanny is required the shipping rates are generally $750 to $900, according to the fees set forth by that specific flight nanny. These flight nannies fly on standby, meaning that they aren't guaranteed a seat on a flight, and may be required to fly on a separate day entirely. So you will need to remain very flexible with your shipping date and time, especially if using a flight nanny. If the flight nanny is charged an extra fee by the airlines, they will notify you, and that is your responsibility. Generally this is if they incurred a fee by flying on another airline than whom they are employed by. (Normally flight nannies are flight attendants that fly standby on their days off from work.) It has been extremely difficult getting a flight nanny currently, so I very rarely ever use this option anymore.
Our puppies are currently on Nutrisource Small & Medium Breed Puppy food, and they do very well on this puppy food. It is very important that your puppy remains on this brand of puppy food for the first months in their new home, to help prevent tummy upset as puppies are generally nervous when leaving their siblings and joining a new family.
For a puppy it can be very stressful to join a new family. All of their surroundings are completely different for them, they no longer have their mother and littermates there with them, and even the water tastes different. Puppies can often get stressed for all of these sudden changes in their lives, and by feeding the same breed of food will make this transition easier for them. If you would like to switch the puppy to another brand of food, we'd suggest that you wait until you've had your puppy on Nutrisource Small Breed Puppy food for six months, and that the transition is completed gradually.
We provide starter packs of puppy food with local deliveries. We suggest that you purchase a small bag of this food prior to receiving your new puppy.
